Design Matters for Design Matters

TILT currently has openings for 4 positions. They are as follows:
Through the numerous interviews which we had been conducting over the past 2-3 weeks for these 4 positions, we had noticed something which was very interesting. Most applicants who come to us, when faced with the question “What exactly is TILT’s core business?”, will usually answer the following, Photography, Events Management, Design (in that order).
They tend to be a bit surprised when we informed them that we are a graphic design house and majority of our business is actually in print design. The next question which follows was usually “But why is it that you do not put up any of your designs on your website?”. Our answer to that is that as much as we love to, we had heard horror stories about how some companies had stolen other companies’ designs and used it for their own projects. And since there is nothing much which we can do about it, we decided that we will not put up our portfolio instead.
